The semi-automated honeycomb pallet production process can be divided into pallet panel production, pallet foot production, and pallet assembly.
In actual production, attention must be paid to the following issues: First, the quality of the honeycomb cardboard should be checked to ensure the bonding strength between the honeycomb paper core and the paper meets technical requirements, otherwise, the pallet feet might detach under dynamic load; Choose flat honeycomb cardboard to avoid warping during transport and storage that could affect bonding strength; After applying glue, the honeycomb cardboard and paper protector must undergo a 6-10 minute aging period; After bonding and assembly, the pallet needs to be pressed with weights for 4 hours to maintain pressure.
Recyclable, does not produce waste or pollute the environment, meets environmental protection requirements, and can be directly sent to a paper mill for recycling after use.
No worm damage, no need for fumigation and disinfection, meets market requirements, and can be directly used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
No debris or nails that might damage goods, maximizing the protection of the packaging of the carried items.
Due to the I-beam like structure of the honeycomb material, honeycomb paper pallets have a high strength/weight ratio and good performance/cost ratio. The load-bearing structure is reasonable, with a high load capacity of up to 3 tons, while weighing an average of only 6 kilograms, which is one third of the weight of equivalent wooden pallets. Convenient for handling, it can save users a considerable amount of shipping costs in both air and sea transport, reducing transportation costs.
Honeycomb Paper Pallets are mainly made from renewable honeycomb cardboard. When the honeycomb is formed, only 1% to 10% of the honeycomb material is used, with the rest being air, thus saving a lot of material.Honeycomb paper pallets are also priced lower than wooden pallets with similar specifications, making them especially suitable for one-time use by export companies.
Using resilient honeycomb paper materials and leveraging the special force structure of the honeycomb, honeycomb paper pallets can significantly reduce jolts and impacts during transportation, ensuring the goods arrive safely and intact at their destination.
Items should be evenly and smoothly placed on the pallet to ensure uniform load distribution on the pallet surface.
Before lifting the goods with a forklift, ensure that the forklift arms are fully inserted into the pallet (the insertion depth should be no less than 2/3 of the pallet depth), and maintain the forklift arms level when lifting the goods.
Do not push, pull, or collide with the pallet directly when using a forklift, as severe collisions can damage the pallet.
Honeycomb paper pallets are specially designed and manufactured according to user needs. Users should only use the pallets for their designated purposes and specific goods.
Do not stand on the paper pallets to avoid structural damage and potential danger to people.
Pallets should be placed indoors in a dry area, as wet paper pallets will affect load-bearing capacity.
The honeycomb cardboard used to make honeycomb paper pallets has a honeycomb structure and is widely used in the packaging and transportation of electronic instruments, computers, household appliances, medical equipment, furniture, automobile parts, and other industries. It is a replacement for wood and plastic pallets. It is used for factory storage, product stacking, building material packaging, and electronic product packaging.
