The production line of honeycomb cardboard panels consists of two parts. The first part is the unit that produces the honeycomb structure hexagonal paper core, which is a pre-process. The quality, specifications, and shape of the core paper are the basis of honeycomb products. The second part is the unit that performs upper and lower layer composite paperboard on the paper core, which is a post-process. The quality and level of post-processing are important aspects to ensure the quality of honeycomb products. The entire production process of honeycomb cardboard panels is as follows:
Core making: winding type, stacking type, paper strip butt joint type, continuous paper strip type;
Gluing: spraying method, coating method, full surface coating method;
Stretching: limited width stretching, differential speed stretching, combination of differential speed and limited width stretching, transverse stretching;
Composite: surface-coated composite, corrugated-coated composite;
Compression: pressing machine compression, extrusion compression, roller compression;
Cutting: paper cutter cutting, round blade slitting, single; middle knife cutting;
Splicing: manual splicing, semi-automatic splicing, automatic splicing (core strip butt joint, paper strip bonding);
Heating and drying: electric heating, steam heating, conduction oil heating;
Length and width cutting: computer control, working procedure control;
Special treatment: fluffing treatment, exhaust treatment, contact surface enhancement treatment.
