A slitting and rewinding machine is a mechanical device used to cut wide paper, mica tape, or thin film into narrow strips. It is commonly used in paper-making machinery, wire and cable mica tape, and printing and packaging machinery. The slitting machine is mainly used for cutting non-woven fabrics, cutting mica tape, paper, insulation materials, and various thin films, especially suitable for cutting narrow strips (non-woven fabrics, paper, insulation materials, mica tape, thin films, etc.).
The slitting and rewinding machine cuts raw materials of the whole roll or fixed length, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, sawdust, etc. All of these require control of fixed-length cutting.
The cutting length can be continuously set. If the actual cutting length has an error, it can be easily calibrated by setting parameters.
The slitting control of the slitting and rewinding machine is divided into static slitting and dynamic slitting: when the set length is reached, it accurately stops, and then performs static slitting, and then restarts operation after slitting; when the set length is reached, the slitting and rewinding machine does not stop, but sends out a slitting signal, and dynamically slits during the material movement.
Turn on the electrical isolation switch, press the emergency stop reset and prepare to run the button, and turn on the machine operation (main control console) to check if the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable;
Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable;
Turn on the pneumatic cut-off valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) to check whether the air pressure is correct and stable.
Before starting the machine, ensure the accuracy and stability of voltage, current, and hydraulic equivalence;
Before the equipment is ready to run, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before starting running;
During the operation of the slitting and rewinding machine, it is forbidden to touch the film roll or core with hands, to avoid hand injury caused by getting rolled in;
During the operation, avoid using a knife or hard object to scratch or cut each roll core.
The slitting and rewinding machine should cut the whole roll or all the raw materials to a fixed length.
The fixed-length slitting control is divided into static slitting and dynamic slitting.
The most important performance indicator of fixed-length slitting is slitting accuracy, and the finished product length is consistent.
